In order to enroll in this course or experiences, you must read and agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”).
1. Definitions:
a. “Course Provider,” “us,” and “we” means Vineyard & Co., LLC.
b. “You,” “user,” and “participant” means you as the participant in the course and user of our Website.
c. “Parties” means you and us together.

2. Acceptance:
By purchasing and participating in the Course, you warrant that you have read and reviewed these Terms and that you agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, please cease your participation in the Course immediately. If you do so after purchase, you will not be entitled to any refund.

Throughout this Course, we will provide you with Course Materials (which may include video, audio, pictorial, or written materials).
a. By purchasing this Course, we grant you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Course Materials solely in connection with your participation in the Course and your use of the Website. You may not use the Course Materials for any other purpose.
b. You may not share the Course or any Course Materials with another party.
If we suspect that you are sharing the Course, Course Materials, or your log-in information, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to the Course, in our sole and exclusive discretion.

The fee for this Course is due and payable when you register for this Course.
We do not offer payment plans or installment plans.
6. Refunds:
Requests for refunds must be made via email

a. We do not offer refunds if you have accessed any of the Course, Events, Workshops or Educational Course Materials; and
b. We may impose up to $100 administrative fee to process a refund.
7. Outcomes:
This Course will guide you through your unique, individual journey.
Because each person’s journey is unique and depends on a multitude of factors, including your degree of participation, we do not offer any promises or guarantees with regard to our Course or Course Materials.

Through your participation in the Course and your use of the Website, you agree that the laws of Georgia shall govern any matter or dispute relating to or arising out of these Terms, as well as any dispute of any kind that may arise between you and us, with the exception of its conflict of law provisions. In case any litigation specifically permitted under these Terms is initiated, the Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Georgia. You waive the right to object to the venue, including any assertion of the doctrine of forum non conveniens or similar doctrine.
14. No Waiver:
If we fail to enforce any provision of these Terms, our failure shall not constitute a waiver of any future enforcement of that provision or of any other provision.
15.Force Majeure:
We are not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of civil authorities, acts of military authorities, riots, embargoes, acts of nature and natural disasters, and other acts which may be due to unforeseen circumstances.
